  2. In general, there are six presentations styles: • Coach • Connector • Freeform • Instructor • Storytelling • Visual

  3. Coach • Coach type presentation is best for those presenters who have keen knowledge about the topic they are presenting. To make this work for you, you must have a balance in speaking and getting feedback from your audience. Also it is needed to share the information on an appropriate pace. This type of presentation is suitable for the motivational speakers.

  4. Connector • In this type of presentation the presenter tells what things are common in them. Speaker think that he is one of the audience and it makes presentation more meaningful. This kind of presentation include freedom in question and answer sessions. Audience may feel comfortable in presentation and will like to participate in it because the speaker usually uses the gestures that encourages the audience to participate.

  5. Freeform • This type of presenters know what they want to say without structuring and planning. To use this type of presentation keep in mind some key points and share some stories with the audience. If you can’t remember what to say you can use some flashcards in hand but write concise information on that card.

  6. This style can be good for you if you are a sales representative. If you have some knowledge of your products, you can memorize some important points in your mind according to what kind of products you have.

  7. Instructor • This style of presentation works when you want to convey a specific or complex message to persuade the audience to adopt the specific thing. If you want to use this style, use figure of speech and visual aids to help the audience to understand what you are talking about.

  8. This type of presentation is usually used by the teachers to give daily lessons to the students. During presentation you break down the topics to make it understood to the audience.

  9. Storytelling • This type of presentation can be good way for the speaker to connect with the audience. In this type the presenter tell some stories to the listeners to make the points understood to them. Also you can use some words that elicit emotions of the audience.

  10. An example of storytelling is radio announcing or sports commentary. A commentator not only announce what is happening in the ground but also telling stories from their past.

  11. Visual • Most of the speakers who use this type of presentation uses long and colorful slides with short text. It is a good style for the presenters who have small time for prepare and present their topics.

  12. For example if you are from society administration and telling people about some park or any planning about the society, your slides must also include some graphical indication of the place and wide life getting affected or enhanced by your planning.
