  1. Ways to live an Eco Friendly Life: Leading an Eco-friendly life can be tricky but oh so rewarding. It is great for the environment and it also helps us save a few cents here and there. It is important to understand that even our smallest actions can make a difference, so here are a few things one can do, to start their journey in leading an eco-friendly life. Recycling:

  2. It is one easy eco friendly action that doesn’t cost you a penny! Don’t let your wastes go into a dump, thing like glass, plastic, paper, batteries can all be recycled. Do take out a minute before you are discarding things, and see if there is an opportunity to recycle. DIY things and upcycling: Instead of spending your money into buying things like a penstand or table organizer or even a cloth to clean your house, you can easily DIY cereal boxes or reuse old clothes which increases the longevity of these things. DIY-ing also helps you understand what does into each thing that you use, making you a conscious consumer. For example, next time maybe try your hands to make an eco friendly ganpati for Ganesh Chathurthi instead of buying one that is often decorated with toxic paints! Cutting out plastic: This refers to stop consuming more and more plastic in our lives. However, if you already have a lot of plastic at home, instead of throwing them away, finding use for the existing plastic in order to not consume more can also be an example of eco- friendly behavior. Practice Composting: This is a great way to use any kind of food waste and utilize it to grow and enhance your own garden greens! This will help the waste from not ending up in landfills where it often also builds up toxic gases which are very harmful!
