Open Windows Features • Step1: First, Go to start menu. • Step 2: Go to select the control panel. • Step 3: Now click to programs and features. • Step 4: To click on Turn windows features on or off. • Step 5: It takes a few second this little box will appear in the pop up turn windows features on or off.

Disable WMP • Step 6: It should show a list of Windows features that can be able to enabled or disabled. • Step 7: Scroll through and click the little + next to “Media Features” to expand the list. • Step 8: After you have to expand it and to uncheck the box next to Windows Media Player, then click “OK.” • Step 9: Now restart your computer.

  4. Open Windows Features again • Going to go through the same process once again and you want to go back to click the option like turn windows features on or off. Enable WMP • You are going to media features again. • Then uncheck windows media player. • windows media center on and then click ok.

  5. Restart your computer again • You are going to again restart your computer. • You are done now your media player is fine it is back to normal to watch your music.
