We will provide a printed layout of your network configuration which will document the static IP addresses of each computer and printer as well as your ISP addresses and subnet address. If desired, your network diagram can also be provided in Microsoft Visio format, JPEG format, or Auto-cad DWG format. We can offer you a 10% discount on our customary $65 per hour rate if you purchase a 10 hour block of time. This time can be used for troubleshooting, repairs, or training, as you see fit. Time used will be deducted from your pre-paid time in ¼ hour increments. Pre-paid time must be used within 366 days of purchase.
