  2. itinerary 13th May 6:00am Meet at bottom of Perth Street steps. Hong Kong – Ho Chi Minh VN767 09:05-10:40 Day 1 visit: The Vinh Nghiem Pagoda, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Post Office. Lunch at the Tam Nam Restaurant. Check into the Rex Hotel. In the afternoon, visit the War Crimes Museum and Reunification Hall. Evening meal in ‘le Cordon Bleu’ Restaurant. Day 2 visit:The Cu Chi Tunnels. Lunch at the ‘Indochine’ Restaurant. After lunch visit the History Museum and water puppet show. Evening meal in the hotel’s Hoa Mai Restaurant with Vietnamese performance show. Day 3 visit: The Lam Son Lacquer workshop, Ben Thanh Market, China Town and Thien Hau Temple. Ho Chi Minh – Hong Kong VN762 17:15-20:55 – meet parents at airport.

  12. hotel rex**** * Students will not be allowed out of the hotel unsupervised * We will be taken out by coach each day – we will not be using public transport * We will be using the hotel’s swimming pool (supervised by teachers), billiard room, excellent restaurants (with Vietnamese cultural shows)

  13. Food... We will be eating in high quality Vietnamese and French Restaurants. All food is included in the price of the trip. A typical meal will consist of several courses of soup, salad, meat, vegetables, fish, rice and fruit. For breakfast there is a varied choice from the buffet service in the Hotel.
