  7. Simultaneous Dispatch Fire 9-1-1 Call received at KRCC. Report of 45 year old male unresponsive, not breathing. KRCC immediately and Simultaneously dispatches the Police, Fire and EMS Departments and initiates CPR instruction to the caller. Police Department, already on the road and nearby, responds and assist with CPR. Firefighters respond immediately and an AED is used within just 4 minutes of the call to KRCC North East Mobile Health Services arrives within 5 minutes of the call to find the patient with a pulse. Advanced Care is started and the patient is taken to the hospital. Less than 30 days later this Gentleman is enjoying the Holidays with his wife and children. NEMHS Police 1 Minute of Down Time = 10% Survival Rate
