College Readiness Benchmarks ACT’s research has found that the skills required to be ready for college are the same skills required to succeed and advance in the career and technical workforce.http://www.act.org/path/policy/pdf/ReadinessBrief.pdf ACT’s college readiness benchmarks indicate a 50% chance of attaining a B or higher in a corresponding college level course, or a 75% chance of attaining a C or higher.
