Here’s an overview of the items to consider when you make the move. OPENING YOUR NEW BURKE & HERBERT BANK ACCOUNT We’ll need to gather some specific information to open your new accounts, including: • Company and company contact names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses • Organizational documentation such as articles of organization, by-laws (if applicable), Tax ID and confirmation (IRS SS-4 or 147C letter), certificate of good standing, beneficial ownership information, a completed questionnaire regarding anticipated account activity, and operating agreement (if applicable).
