However, it is also very important for tenants to check the reputation of property owners as well. Check public records to get more information about the property owner. Inquire if any legal actions have previously been taken against  him or not. Get in touch with past renters to know whether they were happy with the property owner as well as their experience of renting  his/her property. Ask as many questions as you want regarding the property and carefully see the way property owner answer your queries and concerns. Properly inspect the rental property in order to see whether the property owner  maintains the property effectively or not.
