Comments Received • From Attendees • The speakers were awesome! • I am actually excited about a potential future in the water industry! • I will never think about the water I drink in quite the same way! • From Speakers • Having this event was a great idea! • It was worth it if just one person starts to think about these issues!

  6. Lessons Learned • Find corporate sponsors • Eliminate catering. There were lots of lunchtime food choices around site and cost adds financial risk for small turnout • Always have back up speakers in mind. Our big time speaker from D.C. backed out two days prior due to sudden work issues • Work hard to pick a topic that people will show up for
