Tips to Normalize Separation Anxiety Disorder

Separation anxiety happens in children when they are excessively worried about leaving their family or loved ones, they think if they leave something bad will happen to themselves or the loved one.

This fear is quite normal for a child who is 18 months to 3 years of age, beyond that one must take it seriously as it can lead to worse situations. One can easily understand children with separation anxiety as they are always reluctant to go to school or sleep alone or leave the side of parents.
