  3. Breathing Activity • Sit Quietly. • Feel your diaphragm contract as your belly expands and air rushes in. • Feel your diaphragm relax as you expel CO2. • Close your eyes • Count how many breaths you take. • Write that # down on the top LEFT of your ditto
