  • 2. Survey and categorize properties in the SR1 and SR2 zoning districts in the following categories:

    ∙ Vacation rental

    ∙ Owner occupied homes

  • 3. Survey and categorize construction trends including demolitions and sizes of new construction for the past fifteen years.

  • 5. Determine the impact rentals have on the quality of life in the affected districts through communication with residents and collection of public safety data.

  • 6. Prepare report and recommendations for City Council.
