Blended Format (8-10 Hours) Live Training, Units 1&2 (4 Hours) • Adult Learner’s are ready and eager to learn, especially concepts that relate directly to carrying out their jobs as coaches. • Adult learner’s benefit from collaborative situations in which they can share experiences and solve problems in paired or group exercises.
