NeLM Medicines Management Includes about 60,000 records from Pharm-line (just over a quarter of the total) Focuses on non-clinical aspects of medicines use and prescribing About 60 new records added each week Sources similar to Pharm-line but used more selectively Fields similar to those in Pharm-line, but not all are searchable

Searching NeLM Medicines Management Title, abstract and keywords are searchable fields Search terms in the NeLM Search box are connected by AND Use * for truncation, + to include a term and – to exclude a term (like Google) Can refine results by NeLM area, category and publication date (date added to NeLM)

Searching NeLM Medicines Management For ex-Pharm-line records added before 2003, publication date is taken as the year of publication of the original Can’t search by author’s name or journal title at present, though these are displayed Records added from April 2010 have NeLM categories and dm+d VTM codes added where appropriate
