  • Map Curator group is not existing

  • Hiskis and Geoforum are groups where mapcuratorship could be discussed

  • Geoforum is the national umbrella organisation for cartographic activities, they provide courses in GIS and have regular meetings on different aspects of cartography.

  • Geoforum organize each year Danish Mapping days with papers, exhibiton and workshops

  • Archives from survey moves to National Archive

  • Negoziation between National Archive and National Library on map storage and user service

  • Archives are scanned and then moved to the National Archive

  • 40.000 aerial photographs from RAF donated to the Royal Library from Basic Cover mission in may 1954
