  2. Avast antivirus works as a security m easure against online threats. Avast Internet Security uses a firewall to m onitor incom ing and outgoing traffic. It can, however, detect false positives for certain applications and prevent them from accessing the internet. To m ake these applications work norm ally, you can either disable the Avast firewall add the applications as exceptions to the Avast firewall.
