  2. Nashville is gearing up to become the next top fashion hub in the USA, thanks to the significant development in fashion industry and bases of several big brands located in the city. Nashville is known for its country music and is booming real estate destination. Nashville is also popular for its health care, publishing, banking and transportation industries. Now, the city is on its way to becoming America’s next top fashion hub.

  3. Nashville is home to more than 150 fashion brands and one of the leading employers of various sectors of fashion industry. It is the capital of the state of Tennessee, which is considered among the top apparel manufacturing states in the US. While Yahoo! Style and Women’s Wear Daily has lauded Nashville’s fashion industry, Forbes Travel Guide accredited fashion as one of the top five reasons“Nashville is on fire”.

  4. Nashville Fashion Week: Nashville has its own fashion event known as Nashville Fashion Week which was first held in 2011. It is a 5 day event, from Tuesday through Saturday. Ellen Lehman, President of The Community Foundation, said, "The aspirational mantra; ‘Nashville Fashion is more than a week’ was just that when planning for the inaugural 2011 Nashville Fashion Week began. Six years later, the attention centered on the fashion community & the connections developed as a result of this week have supported Nashville’s fashion industry in so many ways".

  5. Local Brands are Going to Make it Big: Some of the local fashion brands and clothing stores in Nashvilleare liked for their designs across the nation. Imogene+Wille – A well known denim brand & clothing store founded by Matt & Carrie Eddmenson, the goal of the brand is to provide a pair of strong, well-fitting jeans for their customers. According to the founders, they use only the finest fabric that America can produce.

James, founder of the store, said that he is passionate about making high quality products and looking to make a connection with his customers.
