  2. Introduction Six years old Jenny has just received a robot for her birthday from her dad. She named her Cassy. She clean her three times per day and take care to never allow Cassy to fall, and yet never permit a day to pass by without Cassy move around in her father’s car porch. Now, Jenny is confused because she cannot tell if Cassy is a living thing since Cassy moves around just like humans. To help Jenny, you must conduct a research on the characteristics of living things. Jenny will be present at your next class where you will help Jenny to decide if Cassy is a living thing. You and your team must complete the mission on time. Now, grab your team and let’s go!!!!

  3. Task Do you really want to know if robots are living things? Well, you and your team must complete the tasks below precisely. Let’s go! • Conduct a research to determine the characteristics of living things using the websites provided • Based on your research; indicate if robots are living things. Present reasons for your answers • Using cues from your environment; collect pictures of at least then (10) living things. • For each living thing identified; state why it is being characterized as a living thing • Present your findings on a chart during a five (5) minutes presentation during class. • Present any other interesting discovery made during your research. • Write an individual report on the characteristics of living things

Step 7: Use pictures and charts to enhance your presentation Step 8: Each group member will write a report on at least six (6) characteristics of living things

Conclusion Dear Team, Kudos, you have successfully completedyour task, and Jenny is now able to tell if her robot is a living thing based on your findings on the characteristics of living things.
