  2. BELOW IS LIST OF BIOTIN FOODS  • Dairy • Meat and Sea Food • Mushrooms • Avocadoes • Peanut Butter • Berries • Legumes • Whole Grains • Swiss Chard

  3. Dairy: Dairy products like cheese and milk are natural sources of Vitamin H. Cheddar cheese gives at least 0.4 micrograms to 2 micrograms of biotin per one ounce of serving.

  4. Meat and Sea Food: Liver consists of high levels of biotin and consists of 27 to 35 micrograms of biotin in three ounces of cooked liver. Some other organ meats like kidney store large amounts of biotin. At least three ounces of cooked pork gives about 2 to 4 micrograms of biotin.

  5. Mushrooms: Mushrooms is one of important food in list of biotin rich foods sources. In case the Biotin levels are a cause of concern to you, you have to be certain that you include the mushrooms in your cooking.

  6. Avocadoes: They are full of minerals, vitamins and other healthy things such as fiber and proteins. You may utilize them for added Biotin. They give a nice portion of the healthy fat also that is both monounsaturated and polyunsaturated.
