  1. AVG Identity Protection What is AVG Identity? The AVG Identity Protection tool helps you to discover the virus and malware that tries to steal or track your bank credentials. Make use of this feature to protect your private details. Why AVG Identity Keeps Disabling? Check if you have installed any other Antivirus software on your device. If so, uninstall it completely and then enable AVG Identity Protection Service option. Restart your system in the next step and then check if the issue has been resolved. Download the AVG Remover tool on your system and use it to uninstall the AVG software. Go to the official website and click the download AVG Remover button. After the download procedure is over, right-click on the file and click the Run As Administrator option. On the User Account Control screen, tap Yes. Click the Continue button available under the AVG Remover option, and the AVG scanner will start scanning for AVG products. Once the software is displayed, highlight the box near it and tap the Remove button. If the AVG software is not recognized, then select the Run Anyway option. Tap the Restart button once the uninstall process is complete.
