This indicates that the connection is active. Resolve the issue causing the green LED blink on the AT&T router by performing the troubleshooting steps given on this web page. Check if the cables are properly plugged in. Disconnect the cable that is connected between the AT&T router and a wall outlet. Make sure the cable is not damaged.
