  1. Dismissed: Domestic Restraining Order / Protection From Abuse Order Stalking? Our client was violently assaulted by his then boyfriend leaving him with a serious laceration requiring emergency surgery. A month later, his assailant again turned on him by asking the court to give him a domestic restraining order falsely alleging that our client was stalking him. After a full hearing with witnesses and evidence proving that the assailant’s claim was false, the court found that no evidence of stalking existed and dismissed the case.
