- Area for tea cultivation : 123,000 hectares- Production : 144,100 tons per year- Exportation : 105,000 tons- To be ranked the 6 in production and the 5 in exportation in the world.- Expected production in 2010 : 200,000 tons in which 40% is green tea and others andExport turn-over is USD 250 million
