  2. Introduction Zozo Company is a telecommunication company which is based in New Zealand. The company provides fixed line, mobile telephony, internet services and digital television. The company aims to solve the problem of poor networks for the future customer. • The objective of the company is satisfy the needs and demands of customers through high quality of products & services. • Major competitors are Vodafone and Spark New Zealand. • The competitors are facing various marketing challenges such as high costs, website management, content management and others.

Role of content marketing in Marketing Mix The aim of the marketing mix is to promote the brand in the eyes of the customer and the content marketing helps to provide the appropriate channel of distribution and it provide effective content which enables to promote the products & services. • Frank Stone • Demographics: Male, 32 yrs, Annual income 125000 • Barrier to purchase : switching barrier and psychological barriers • Values & motivation: Achievement and incentive • Interest: bowling, spending time with friends • Challenges : Want a high network in order to improve the business relations . • Media consumption: Reading books, listening music and for business purpose. 2. Content Strategy The outline of key platform for which the content is developed includes: • Website • Marketing • Promotional activities The content is mainly developed for the above areas and it plays an important in the content strategy because it helps to promote the brand in the eyes of the customers.
