Federal Transit Administration Grantee Responsibilities Grantees are responsible for administration and management of the grant in compliance with the grant agreement and applicable FTA Circulars and Regulations This includes (among other things): - providing administrative and management support of project operations - ensuring compliance with FTA requirements - maintaining project schedules - equipment and facility maintenance
