Enter all livery rates at once and then go on to tick each Post Box to add the charges to that Horse’s invoice. As you click on a horse the details change to show those for that horse

This form also prevents double booking of horses, and allows for stable management lessons, etc

If standard lessons for the rider are set in the address book, the riding rate and amount is entered automatically

This Therapy Form works in the same way as the Exercise Form – you can even enter a regular Therapist and contact your Vet straight from the form

Double click horse’s name to see and use owner details

Double click rider’s name to see and use rider details

Make notes about the horse and/or its performance

Print an envelope to the organiser

This lets you see all of the activities on the left, and the horses connected with them on the right

By clicking on ‘R’ a results form pops up, showing activity, date, horse, rider, distance, weight, place and notes

As each activity is clicked, the horses taking part are shown together with the date, the activity, the horse and rider

All reports, except multiple invoice printing and envelopes, are shown in preview form first

You can then print automatically, print multiple copies, export to another program, send to another format, export to another format, analyze with Excel, publish with MS Word and output to Notebook. What you can use depends on how your computer is set up

Report Header – what you want to show on Report Menu for the individual activity, e.g. Section, Class or Race

Form of Single Title (Mr. or Esq.)

Initials or First Name (what you want to show in Address Salutation)

Manage your Password

Method of Selecting People (By First and Last Name, By Last and First Name or by both

Email System (either Outlook, Outlook Express or AOL, etc.)

Invoice Header and Footer – whether you want to use the inbuilt header and footer or use your own headed paper

Exercise Delete Period – you can select how long you want to keep your Exercise Records for, by stopping Deleting for a period between 0 and 12 months. This is useful for Health and Safety

Livery Charges – by the Day or the Week – and Standard Livery Charge for initial bulk invoicing

Set period between Data Backups

Proper Case – the Program puts the first letter in Upper Case and subsequent ones in Lower Case. This facility can be turned off

On Invoice Details you can select:

Mileage Wording – you can show what you want when charging mileage (e.g. Event Expenses, Transport, etc.)

Activity Rider – again you can show what you want here on the invoice (e.g. Rider’s Expenses, Jockey’s Expenses, etc.)

Riding Fee Wording – this can be shown as Hacking, Riding, Lesson, etc.

Invoice Footer – enter details as required

You can export Program Settings and the Address Book Data, Suppliers, Appointments, All Horses, All Invoices, All Orders, Current Invoice, Current Order, Current Date List, Current Email List and Current Things to do to Excel, Word, HTML or csv formats

You can archive invoices and payments that have been reconciled, plus archive orders that have been received

You can also copy your data to another file on your computer
