  1. Importance of Oral Hygiene and Preventive Care

  2. Why is oral hygiene so stressed upon? Surely there is some reason to it and one of the main reason is that if you practice good oral care you will not only keep dental problems at bay but will also succeed at keeping other health problems away. • Bacteria in the mouth can lead to a lot of dangerous diseases like gingivitis and cavities which in turn will cause harmful periodontal diseases. • Experts state that a good oral care routine is the only way to maintain a healthy mouth. Preventive dentistry, as it is called is important.

  3. Many things contribute to keeping your teeth in the best of shape. • A good diet, regular brushing, flossing, using the best products, controlled consumption of acidic and sweet food, not drinking too much tea, or coffee and periodic dental checkups definitely help to keep a clean mouth. • It is always better to take care of teeth on your own rather than make the situation worse, in which case you will, have to see your dentist but for a bigger and much serious problem in your gums or your teeth.

  4. Periodic dental visits are one of the most important aspects of any preventive dental care routine. • While you may be doing everything in your will to keep your dental health fine, you may miss the mark sometimes or you may be overdoing and that is when the dentist will tell you to stop or amp up. • They help you to understand your oral health and suggest the best measures for you. • Read the complete blog on: http://bit.ly/1mukOyH
