  2. Week Has Seven Different Essential Oils Every Day Of The Week Has Seven Different Essential Oils Okay. I’ll simply say it now. J. Blake Smith Arm totally addict to essential oils. For instance, I have at least three different diffusers and over 30 different types of oils in my home (not counting some of my go-to choices). I’m aware that a lot of people think they’re just the “thing” right now, but generations of people have been utilising them as a part of a more natural way of life for years.

  3. Lemon Lemon oil is one of the most beneficial oils to keep on hand because it is so flexible (Hence my stock of 3 bottles at a time.) A healthy immune system can support by the antioxidant qualities of this plant in addition to its light and refreshing aroma.

  4. Peppermint Throughout the year, peppermint oil is excellent for relieving sore muscles after a workout or for fostering concentration during academic work. Even better, you can make seasonal peppermint brownies with Peppermint Vitality by adding 1 drop of this oil to a batch of handmade brownies! OH MY GOD!

  5. Orange Orange essential oil is well renowned for having a sweet, calming aroma that promotes harmony and creativity. To brighten your day, add other oils like grapefruit or lemon to its fresh citrus aroma in your diffuser.
