  3. PROCESS OF FILING THE DOCUMENTS Trading business is a tricky business and requires the support of export documents. Unfortunately, due to malicious terrorist activities, the operations between two countries have become quite complex. SOME TOP OF THE LIST DOCUMENTS ARE:- • COI or Certificate of Origin – this is a document that is issued by Chamber of Commerce stating that the good intended to export is obtained, processed and manufactured in the same country. • Pre-Recieval Advice - Pre recieval advice or PRA is an electronic document that informs the shipping terminal that the goods containers are about to arrive at the terminal. • Export Declaration number – Export declaration number is a form that needs to submit at the port of export. The form contains all information about the product that is being exported. • Request for Permit – Request for permit document is required by the exporter from the importer to allow goods to be exported to their country. The form describes products and its information like where it is processed, the destination of export, information about the consignor and consignee and transport documentation. • Health certificates – Phytosanitary certificate issued by the Phytosanitary certificate providers if exporting goods are related to plant products or other related goods.
