What Triggers Asthma ? • Allergies - If you inhale something you are allergic to, it can trigger asthma. • Irritants in the Air - Smoke from cigarettes, smog, wood fires etc can also trigger asthma. • Respiratory Illness - Respiratory infections like colds, sore throats can also trigger asthma. • Exercise - Exercises that make you breathe harder can trigger asthma especially in cold weather.
