Who Is ILD Teleservices? • ILD Teleservices is a payment processor of online transactions between merchants and buyers of digital good, and communications services. • ILD Teleservices was founded in 1996, and processes payments for more than 150 digital merchants and communications providers. • ILD's Bill to Phone service enables merchants to offer buyers the option of paying for a product or service by charging the cost to their home phone bill.

What to expect when calling • When you talk to an ILD Teleservices Customer Service Representative you can expect the following: • Being greeted with their name as well as asking for yours – you matter and are NOT • just another caller! • A professional and friendly voice • If charges are found with the telephone number you provide, the rep will provide an explanation about the merchant or service for which you are being billed • At your request, a cancelation of service • At your request a credit for your most recent charges (In some cases the company for • which we are billing require that you speak to them directly for the credit) • Referral information if it is necessary to speak to the 3rd party company
