Consider charging Animal Deposit from renters. Add "Damages by pet" clause in lease agreement. Mention the maximum weight of pet in lease agreement. Define the type of pets that you would allow e.g. dogs, cats etc. Are there certain breeds that you would want to restrict e.g., Pitbull, Rottweiler Consider if the pet should be spayed / neutered. Consider laws around pets such as service animals and emotional support animals.
