Don’t let that Bed Sheet make you sick !!
Bed sheets need to be treated as the clothes that we wear. Hygiene is somewhat subjective but for healthu2019s sake, we need to be cautious. To some, ignorance is bliss, you never what is lurking in the nooks and corner of the bed sheets. Beds are the hotbed for infection and diseases. We majorly settle in bed at night, but we do sweat. With every drop of sweat, there are microbes that contain particles of soil, fungi, pollen, sweat, and harmful pollution gas. Apart from these, the cosmetics that we use, the oil and creams, all of it is in that turf. Moreover, the food we eat on the bed, all of this gives a favorable breeding ground for organisms.
