  1. Why symptoms of depression is dangerous for mental health? Depression is not related one particular class or age of the people. It happens to everyone. Abraham Lincoln got big troubled with depression. Because of this depression, they call him as the most miserable person living. Symptoms of depression and anxiety may change from person to person, but the effects are same. This depression got few types too. One among them is the bipolar disorder. This is actually a combination of depression symptoms and maniac symptoms. Sometimes the patient may have swing towards one and sometimes on both. In this stage, the person has an elevated mental or physical condition. The word BI from bipolar indicates two types of variations in a single person. Sometimes the patient will be happy extremely and sometimes very sad. In India mental health disorders also affect this. During the stage of depression, one will stay calm, sad, and even alone. In addition, at the same time, they will become over active and extra enthusiastic. In teenagers, depression happens when they are worrying about date or peers. This is because they are facing some changes in the hormones. When the depression becomes intense, they it will take more time to overcome it. Depressed people always feel exhausted, they look for rest, and they avoid people. Mental health disorder, causes of mental illness, symptoms of depression and anxiety are the mental health problems which affects all. To overcome this, do not feel sad and anxious about anything. Get some hope on future. Never get irritated to the smallest problem in your life. Control the outcome. This is because when you are depressed, there are chances to hurt others or yourself both physically and mentally. Do not think about finishing your life.
