  1. WHY HALAL MEAT CONSUMPTION IS GOOD FOR HEALTH Different religions and communities have different eating traditions, rituals, and values. In the non-vegetarian community, people have different notions as to the way the meat should be cut. Many associates it with religion and others associate it with health. One such type of meat is popularly known and consumed as Halal meat all around the world. “Halal” word itself stands for “permissible”. The animals are treated with respect and it is believed to be very ethical. Halal is effective in draining out most of the blood from a slaughtered animal, which results in tender, soft, and juicy meat. There are minimal chances of blood clots inside animals which results in no toxin production in the flesh. However, Halal practices may be more humane for the animal, and therefore that may make a difference for some people. Society is becoming increasingly conscious of their food habits. They have become more aware of what they are eating and the nutrient quality and quantity present in the food. Consumers are inclined toward products that are free from pathogens, pesticides, or allergens. For years, consumers have been warned about the negative health consequences of meat products- mainly processed meat. At the same time, these products are not inherently “bad” for you but contain higher amounts of sodium and unhealthy fats. It is always safe to order meat from a trusted seller, who takes complete care of the hygiene of every product and sources the same fresh from the farm followed by strict safety measures, and operates under FSSAI guidelines, and is also a Halal Certified company. So, feel free to order and cook your favourite dishes with farm-fresh meat with zero compromises to health.

  2. Nowadays millennials are mainly invested in eating healthier and living a more active lifestyle. They are looking for a balanced diet which includes calories, fats, and carbs. Hence, meat and poultry are great sources of protein and provide several nutrients to our body like iodine, iron vitamins, zinc and also fatty acids. So, it is a good idea to eat poultry every week to have a balanced diet. It is best to stick with unprocessed to avoid taking too much salt and saturated fat.
