  1. TEMPORARY OFFICE CLOSURE – COVID-19 As you probably know, the State of New Hampshire has declared a state of emergency. All Courts in New Hampshire have suspended in person hearings (with limited exceptions) effective at close of business today, March 16 through April 6. Normal operations at the courts are expected to resume on April 7, 2020, but this could change. If you have a question about how this impacts your case, please e-mail or leave a message for the attorney handling your matter and we will be in touch to answer your questions. In view of the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, we want to do all we can to prevent the spread of this disease. In an effort to do our part and minimize exposure to Covid-19, Hage Hodes, PA will temporarily close our physical office starting Tuesday, March 17 through Friday March 27th. We will reevaluate at that time based on CDC and other government recommendations. However, rest assured that we will continue to provide legal services through remote and electronic means whenever possible. Each of our attorneys, and most of our support and administrative staff will be able to work remotely to handle all day-to-day business and operations. We have procedures in place for essential firm functions, including the receipt of mail whether electronic or paper, and meeting all appearance, filing, notice, and calendaring requirements. Finally, our financial staff has protocols in place to respond to all billing inquiries from our clients. We also have plans in place for performing conflict checks and the opening of new matters for new and existing clients. We recognize the importance of keeping clients and our staff safe during this evolving situation. We will do our best to minimize any disruption of services. The best way to contact our attorneys is via email or by leaving a voice mail message. We are limiting in-person meetings to those that need to be addressed on an emergency basis only during this time. If it is a time sensitive matter, please indicate in your email or voice mail so that appropriate action can be taken. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. We hope that you and your family will stay safe and healthy. https://hagehodes.com/temporary-office-closure-covid- 19/ Contact Details: Hage Hodes, PA – Attorneys at Law 1855 Elm Street,Manchester,New Hampshire USA,03104,603-668-2222 info@hagehodes.com,Fax,603-641-6333 ,800-588-8886 (NH & MASS)
