We all get down in the dumps sometimes but that feeling of endorphins and feel-good chemicals can help us move forward through surfing. Coordination and Balance Surfing can also help you improve your coordination and balance. As a result, you will become physically fit and more confident. Improved Sleep Sports like surfing are ideal for increasing sleep quality since they will exhaust you to the point where you will be prepared for proper sleep. Burning Calories A relaxed surf session can burn up to 250 calories per hour. While surfing larger waves can burn up to 450 calories per hour.
