It is expected to reduce vehicle load and free commuters on all Gurgaon-Delhi routes. According to a recent announcement by the Government of India (NHAI), the Gurgaon portion of the Dwarka Highway extends more than 19 km between Bajghera and Khaki Daula and may be open to the public by the end of the year. However, the remaining 10 km of Delhi Stretch may take some time to complete as construction will resume one year after the completion of the Gurgaon Stretch. According to a 2007 announcement, a 29km stretch project costing 9,000 rupees was built to offload the existing route between Delhi and Gurgaon. Construction of the Gurgaon part began in November 2019, and construction of the Delhi part began in September 2020. Initially, there was a delay due to land acquisition, proceedings, and compensation disputes over pandemics, after which construction activities adopted by the state government to control pollution were banned. It then stopped after the elevated road section near

Seamless travel between sections, including Central Peripheral Road (CPR), Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway, and Delhi-Mumbai Expressway under construction, with four loops covering a circumference of more than 2 km. Is guaranteed. This development will benefit Gurgaon's sectors such as 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 109, 110, 111, 112 and 113. Housing demand in these sectors could rise as real estate investors eagerly awaiting the completion of the project could plummet. This move will also improve rental housing and Top Property in Gurugram, as these sectors are affordable inventory hubs.
