Dr. Bradley's career highlights include serving as a Senior Consultant at The Bradley Group since 2002, where he provides professional educational services in research, evaluation, program development, training, and logistics. He has also been a researcher at Foundation For Educational Success, LLC, specializing in statistical analysis, data management, research design, and strategic planning since October 2015. In addition, Dr. Bradley has made significant contributions as the core faculty member in the Doctorate of Business Administration Program at Walden University from July 2014 to May 2021. He has also served as the President of Paine College from 2008 to 2014, where he successfully raised $15 million for scientific research and instructional innovation. He led various initiatives during his tenure, including constructing the Health Education Activities Learning (H.E.A.L.) Complex in collaboration with the city of Augusta.
