And provides clarification and guidance that includes list of ACAs
CAR Documents selection of ACA and asks of ACA Concurrence
The SO coordinates a registration meeting/VTC with the DIACAP team to come to agreement on the information in the SIP (to include MAC and Confidentiality levels)
Works up proposals for either T&M or FFP as appropriate and notifies OIA&C if SO selects as ACA
Provides customer scoping questionnaire and discusses options – effort scoped
At program initiation contacts Army OIA&C IACORA@us.army.mil
Appoints IAM and provides input
Accepts proposal and sends funds to cover work
AND Notifies OIA&C of Choice
Contacts ACAs to work out scope of effort and cost proposals
