  2. Automatic Kernel Dicing System • During Cashew processing, broken pieces of kernels are generated at every process stage. The largest broken piece is called SPLIT, i.e., Half of the whole kernel, which is used as it is in culinary.. • The leftover smaller pieces are diced to uniform sizes using a dicing machine into different sizes of 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm to use in bakery products. • Standard capacity - 300 kg/hr to 500 kg/hr • Customized Higher Processing capacity machines can be offered on request www.giagrotech.com

  3. PneumaticPeelers • Pneumatic peelers are used to remove the outer skin of the kernel. The kernels are loaded onto a cylinder, and high pressure is pumped IN through multiple fine nozzles to separate the skin from the kernels. • The peeled skin of the cashew kernel, also known as the husk, is collected separately for further disposal. • After peeling, the Kernels are passed through a drum calibrator called a super calibrator to separate whole kernels and pieces. • Standard capacity - 80 kg/hr, 160 kg/hr and 300 kg/hr www.giagrotech.com

Cashew Shelling Machine • Shelling machines are available in manual and mechanized versions. • Manual models are available in horizontal and vertical systems in various modes of operation • Mechanized versions are available in various capacities, both in vertical and horizontal versions. • The mechanized shelling lines can be configured for a continuous process to separate the shells from the kernel and mechanically scoop the kernels in the automatic system. • Automated shelling lines are available in capacities of 300kg/hr, 600kg/hr, and 1200kg/hr www.giagrotech.com
