Then the application setup will begin downloading and You need to install the ?le once it is downloaded. 3. Then you need to open the downloaded ?le to install the GM Global Warranty Management System. The GM Global Warranty application will be installed once you complete this installation process. Then ?nd and click on Cancel on the GM Warranty Parameters screen. 8. Once done, you can Exit on the Warranty Parameters menu.

I have the 2012 GMC Terrain with 83000 miles. My engine light came on & vehicle did stop in traf?c & would not start back up until the next day. Acting as if not getting gas? Also hard on gas, 10miles per gallon. The vehicle has been very well maintained, is clean, has a new paint job. I took to my regular mechanic. & he told me it is under re Ll, recall # is N192268181. Took to GMC dealer in Maine. They blew me off telling me it only pertains to CANADIAN gmc terrain. Well, my GMC was manufactured in Canada according to the sticker on the door. I called customer service yesterday & was transferred to 6 different people only to be took that someone would look into this & be calling me back. No one has called me. Coukd you please clarify if my 2012 GMC Terrain is covered. The catalytic converter is coming back on the engine light code as being plugged up. My Vin is 2GKFLREKXC6234274. I PERSON I SPOKE TO AT THE BANGOR Maine dealership says only Canadian vehicles are covered although I have the recall letter right in front of me which says in the customer Noti?cation section USA & CANADA. Can you please assist me with this issue so that I can safely drive & not be worried
