  1. Human Resource Management Software Human resource management system is a software that build a connection between systems and provide better management system of human resources. This software helps to perform essential HR function like storing data, recruitment process, payroll management, employee suggestion management, performance management, and employee and manager self-services. management, event This software develop a connection between IT department and human resources department. Manual reports are not that easier to maintain to overcome it and save time. HRMS plays an important role, faster the analyzing process, keeps a good record of the database, creation of reports. This software develop a good communication between different sections of a company in shorter period of time.

  2. A company basic process is to initiate an annual business plan on which the further employee selection process can be carried out. After a plan HRMS works on the selection process in which they post there requirements and collect resumes. After collection of resumes they analysis it and find the best they require for company. Further the screening round is being carried in which interviews are been taken by the department after which they manually take the test of the employee, if the employee passes the test, they are further proceed to the panel round. The round in which an interview is conduct taken by the HOD, HR, other department head. After the results of interview, if the candidate passes the interview.
