Work up A Sweat with Sculpt Yoga

Yoga Sculpt is by far one of the most taxing forms of exercise you will ever do. It combines many principles such as cardio, weightlifting, yoga and bodyweight resistance training to give you the ultimate fat burning, strength building workout. 1. Work up A Sweat with Sculpt Yoga Yoga Sculpt is by far one of the most taxing forms of exercise you will ever do. It combines many principles such as cardio, weightlifting, yoga and bodyweight resistance training to give you the ultimate fat burning, strength building workout. It is very similar to high intensity and circuit training which frankly makes calorie counting more difficult. Nonetheless, just to give you an average idea of how many calories you will be burning based on time spent and average heart rate maintained throughout said time, refer to the table underneath. Average Heart Rate BPM 30 minutes 45 minutes 60 minutes 110-120 209 313 417 121-130 227 340 454 131-140 245 367 490 141-150 263 395 526 151-160 281 422 562 It is 161-170 299 449 599 171-180 318 476 635 181-190 336 503 671 191-200 354 531 708 recommended not to be at a very high heart rate throughout your workout as that can be detrimental to your heart health. Rather try to hover around the 151-160 and 171-180 range to get a really good workout in while ensuring you don’t push your heart to the absolute maximum as that can cause chest pains down the line if not immediately.

  2. How many calories you burn can also depend on a number of other factors such as intensity, moderation, progression, combination, age, fitness level and goals. Sculpt can be pretty intense for people above the age group of 40-45 but if you really love the way sculpt combines different schools of exercise you can try out fusion yoga. There are plenty of online fusion yoga classes that will break down the steps and slow the workout for you so you don’t feel rushed and can enjoy your workouts, which is what we must all aim for at the end of the day.
