  1. Things to remember for starting yoga with weights •You need a little willpower, an open mind, and a sense of adventure to begin your online yoga with weights. At least, those are the only things you need to be intangible. The most difficult part is usually the first step in any new activity. As far as the tangibles are concerned, you need some equipment. •A minimum place for training, hand weights, and knee weights is a calm and comfortable one. Also beneficial are yoga mats, good clothes, and good shoes to heat. •You need lighter weights if your body is weak and shaky, or if the next day, you are sore too weak. You know your choice of weights is the right one if you end training with a feeling that you have faced the challenge and have a good workout. •For this reason, the use of a yoga mat is a great idea for your safety. You need a solid, supportive surface. Mats provide for your knees and spine in particular padding, comfort, and protection. However, if you do Yoga with weights exercises, it is not necessary to have a Yoga mat. •A solid, non-slippery, tight weaves tapestry or clean, dry ground can be used.To make sure you're sitting on the ground or your knees you get a mat that is on the thick side, and it gives you comfort and stability. A four-to-half-inch-thick mat is better. In other words, if you are 5feet-6, you should find a 6 feet yoga mat. You must have a mattress of 6 feet. •Don't wear shirts and pants that in any way restrict or drag your movements to the floor nor wear a belt; your pants have to be loose to keep your breathing tight or confined. Wear natural and respiratory fibers to comfort. These clothes can be found in many sports facilities, outdoor equipment stores, yoga retail outlets, and the internet.
