  1. Can Yoga Improve Athletic Performance? Many athletes and have pondered over and experimented with the idea of yoga increasing their athletic performance. But of course, yoga in itself is not enough to reach the pinnacle of athletic performance. Due to this fact athletes have had to incorporate different training methodologies into their routine to make for a well-rounded workout.
