As the summer heads closer, everyone desires to have a beach perfect body for the summer getaway. • Some might have already worked hard to prepare their body for the summer vacationing. • But what happen when you get to your desirable hideaway or your favorite beach? The best thing to do would be to maintain your fitness regime and health even when you are away from your home. • But how will it be possible while vacationing? You can probably join the gym in Noida, while you are in the city. Here are some tips or suggestions to follow.

  3. Pack a rope. You can carry your gym with you. Jumping rope, it is one of the best way to burn fat; 10 minutes of jumping rope workout can do wonders. • Also, it doesn’t cover much of your space in the suitcase and it is better that using those uninspiring and outdated gym equipment in your hotel. • Another good thing about jumping ropes is that they come quite cheap. Even if one is in a perfect shape, a good jump session can help you sweat all your excess vacation fat.

  4. Move that beach body. Whenever there is a mention of vacation, most people think of beach. Perhaps your next holidays will include ocean and sand. • This can a great setting for some interval training. You can choose the flat part of the beach, and alternate between walking, jogging and sprinting. • Pick some good visual markers near the shore and set goals for each of those sections of the workout regime.

  5. A fitness holiday?Making fitness a part of your getaway is always a great idea, but what about making it the primary purpose of your next vacation! • Visiting your aunt at Noida? You may book a yoga retreat for your next visit to Bali. • This way you would feel more energetic and recharged when you get back home from a yoga retreat. • Or another great idea would be to book a workout vacation, if you are planning to visit the Bahamas. • They will transform your body into perfect shape while you take the pleasures of Caribbean.

  6. Better choices of drinks! While on vacation your waistline is always on danger. Being careless can cost your perfect shape that you worked on so hard, by drinking up more calories that you imagined, the tropical drinks being so tantalizing. • But some smart switches can make a difference. Instead of going for a Mai Tai, choose a nice combination of soda and vodka. • The clear liquors are a bit easier on your hangover situation as well. or simply go for a tequila shot. • It is effective, and it doesn’t have any extra ingredients.

  7. Snack attack. The main danger that lurks while in vacation are snacks. Most destinations offer a variety of fried stuff. • But you may avoid these and go for a lovely combination of hummus, fruits and guacamole to sustain yourself. • Going for one of those delicious cupcakes is okay, but try to stick to non-fried, healthy food.
