  1. Article: Fit-Faces.com FACIAL EXERCISES It may sound bizarre at first to think that there can be an exercise for your face. It is true, including the fact that these exercises are more effective than you think. Ageing is a natural process which cannot be prevented. Keeping healthy in this situation is something which is easily controllable through proper fitness practices. Fitness of the face ensures that your face does not begin to age before time, and when it does, the symptoms don’t look ugly. Facial exercise carries many more benefits other than preventing your face from ageing. It keeps the muscles of your face firm, which prevents it from looking sagged. In fact, today there exist many facial fitness programs that assist you with exercise. This handholding support ensures that you do things right and your face retains its glow longer. There are exercises for all parts of your face. The forehead is exercised in a relatively simple way. You place your index fingers above the eyes. Next, you pull down on your eyes, and simultaneously raise your eyebrows. This exercise is designed to work your forehead muscles and keep them firm. The eyes can be exercised by sitting comfortably and closing them. Keep your eyes closed, and look up and down as far as your eyes can roll. You can repeat this for ten to fifteen times. Eyebrows can be exercised by sitting with your back straight and pulling down on your eyelids as you raise your eyebrows up. It helps to work the muscles around that area. Practice care while doing this exercise, as it concerns pulling the eyelids. For exercising your cheeks, tilt your head back. Place three fingers on your cheeks and pull down as hard as you can. While doing this, smile, so that it pushes up against your fingers pulling down your cheeks. For exercising the neck muscles, tilt your head back as far as possible to look at the ceiling, with your back straight while sitting. Your mouth should be closed. Slowly, start to cover your upper lip by your lower lip for as far as it goes. You can count to ten while holding this position. Relax once it is done, and repeat at least ten times. It is important to note that there are several steps of exercise you need to perform after each of the above workouts in order to ensure your muscles do not remain tensed. Face muscle exercises are most effective when followed by the book. For relaxation, you need to open your mouth as wide as you can. Notice how you can feel your chin and cheeks stretched to the limit. You can repeat it several times. Next, take a deep breath promptly, and release it all in one go while sticking your tongue out as far as possible. Roll your eyes up without moving your head. Next, pinch your cheeks as you pinch little children’s. This helps to improve blood circulation. To know more about facial muscle exercises, visit Fit-faces.com.
