here are a few tips we can remember the next time we are out buying toothpaste:
Fluoride is our best friend. This is the main ingredient in toothpaste that fights cavity-causing bacteria.
Seal of approval. Any toothpaste we purchase must have a seal of approval from the ADA or the Australian Dental Association.
Safe to swallow. Young children like toddlers need a special type of toothpaste that’s safe to swallow.
